for boats
The vessel will be delivered to the Chipiona Marina, starting at 8:00 and must be returned at the time agreed in the contract and at the same departure point also agreed in the contract.
Any return that is made after the agreed time and that is not for reasons beyond the control of the lessee, will be penalized with 25% of the amount of the contract for every 30 minutes of delay.
It is essential to never exceed the maximum number of seats allowed according to the rented boat model. Also, in the case of rental for several days, the boat must also spend the night in the port already agreed, since every day the boats are checked and prepared for the next day. The boat has civil liability insurance and occupant insurance and all its current navigability certificates.
The lessee and licensed boat captain of the rented vessel will be responsible for damages caused to the vessel due to misuse or breach of regulations.
In cases where the rental cannot finally be made and canceled, it will proceed as follows:
– For reasons of the bad state of the sea or forecast of bad weather: in this case the company will recommend that the rental not be made, since it may be dangerous for the integrity of the people, and the amount of the reservation will be refunded If this is not postponed to another available day.
– For personal reasons of the lessee: cancellation up to 30 days before, 10% of the total rental, 30 to 15 days before, 25% of the total rental, less than 15 days, 50% of the total rental. The same day 100% of the total rental.
– Note: The company will be the one that qualifies the state of the sea and will be the one that decides the exit or not.
Refueling is prohibited to the tenant on their own.

The licensed boat captain must have the corresponding title to the rented boat. The lessee assumes all responsibility for any fine, sanction or damage arising from the violation of the provisions of this clause, and for any of the infractions of the marine norms committed during the term of this contract. The navigation of the boat is limited to the coast.
It is forbidden to do water skiing or with any towable device. It is not allowed to bring animals on board.
The maximum speed in ports is 3 knots. Respect bathers, always anchoring outside the yellow buoys of the beaches.
It is forbidden to enter and leave the waterways of the beaches, only people can embark and disembark at the company’s dock in the Chipiona Marina.

We remember our customers and we ask you to take special care not to leave trash on the beaches, or throw them into the sea. We appreciate that at the end of the rental the client collects the garbage and deposit it in the containers of the port or beach.
The current rates are those of the current year. Reservations will only be accepted if they are accompanied by 25% of the total rental amount.
Payments will be made in advance, by transfer, in cash or credit card, as well as for bonds, I.V.A. included in the price.
At the time of signing the documentation and entering the ship, the customer must pay a deposit to cover any damage, damage due to improper use or collision of the boat. The deposit will depend on the boat and will be fixed in the contract.
The formalization of the deposit can be done by credit card, transfer or cash. The deposit will be returned once the ship has been checked after leaving it at the port of destination.
It is expressly agreed that the company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any of the goods left, stored or that the lessee or other person forgets, saves or transport on the vessel, either during or after the end of the rental.
The lessee assumes the risk of such losses and exempts the company from any claim for them and undertakes to keep it free and undamaged from any claim that occurs for that cause, or for delay or delay as a result of vessel damage, and even the possible change of the state of the sea caused by unforeseen weather causes once the boat has been made to the sea.
In the event that the vessel cannot return by its own means and needs assistance, due to mechanical breakdown, the client may only claim, according to each case, up to a maximum of 50% of the amount paid.
